Check out Supreme Hobbies and Toys in action, racing in 38 degrees! The Model Off Road Buggy Club (MORBC) took this great pit walk through showing off the racers and their kids.
Plenty of fellow racers despite the heat!
For those interested in joining the club or coming along to find out more about the sport, this is taken directly from their website:
"MORBC (Model Off Road Buggy Club) is a remote control car track based at Whiteman Park in Perth, WA.
The club races 1/8th and 1/10th scale electric and nitro Buggy's and Truggy's on a clay track.
Race days are generally the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, however this may change from time to time so please check the website or Facebook page for updated information.
Club Days are usually 5 heats of 7 minute races, with your best 3 heats counting to an overall total (based on laps).
Trophy Days are held regularly during the season, which are usually some form of finals racing. You will need your own personal transponder for your laps to be counted."
